Refund policy

All items are carefully inspected and quality checked before being packaged and shipped.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@goldenleafjewels.com.au as soon as possible after receiving your order, and within 24 hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

A video of the parcel being opened is required for all damage claims. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the item(s) immediately upon opening, including any visible damage. This is required to verify that the damage occurred during transit and to allow us to lodge a claim with the relevant shipping provider where applicable.

Please retain the item in its original packaging and do not remove, wear or use the item until we have reviewed your claim and provided further instructions.

Please note that we are unable to process a refund or replacement for damaged items where the required opening video has not been provided.

Products are eligible for return if:

  • Damage occurs to the item during shipment, subject to the damage being verified and the required opening video being provided

Products are not available for return if: 

  • The product is damaged as a result of wear and tear
  • In the event of a customer’s change of mind
  • The items don't suit you
  • The items don't fit you (details on sizing is provided in the description of each product)

Can I exchange my item/s?

We DO NOT accept exchange of any items due to change of mind/doesn't suit your needs. Our products have specifications in their description which give you details on the products. This includes the length and weight of the products. 

Can I cancel my order?

Please notify us within 24hours of making your order if you wish to cancel the purchase. If your order has not been sent we can honour this request.

We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.

We cannot refund any earrings or nose pieces due to hygiene
