Timing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours between Monday - Friday.
Returned Parcels
Returned parcels that are sent back to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect will incur a restocking fee of $10 AUD. In addition, the cost of the return shipping charged to us by the courier will be deducted from your refund. These fees cover the handling, processing, and restocking of the item once it is received back.
Stolen Parcels
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Golden Leaf Jewels is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.
Damaged Parcels
Golden Leaf Jewels is not liable for any damage sustained to parcels once successfully delivered to the nominated address.

Expected Shipping Times
Our express service delivery timeframes are based off your location from our location in Brisbane, Australia. Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 1-2 business day, excluding Adelaide and Perth which can be 2-7 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.
International Customs & Taxes
It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order, unless otherwise stated in the table above.
Golden Leaf Jewels will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customers expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.
